What Our Gym Offers


CrossFit is the foundation of the Helotes CrossFit program, and is defined as “constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity.” There are 11-12 regular group CrossFit workouts on our schedule per day.



40-Minute+ cardio and core-intensive workouts that are perfect for those looking for non-barbell and general fitness workouts. With a focus on light dumbbell, kettlebell, cardio, and bodyweight movements, Ignite! is geared towards any level of fitness and adaptable to each client. You show up, we motivate you through it! 


Helotes CrossFit offers two group Olympic Lifting classes per week. Olympic weightlifting is essential to building lasting core strength, along with power, speed, balance, and coordination. The program is built on 4-week cycles that encourage athletes to perfect their form and build strength over time.


Helotes CrossFit has quite a number of junior high and high school athletes in our program, and as a result of our training, have seen great results in their respective sports. We understand the nature of training young athletes, and our coaches are adept at modifying workouts to achieve their goals while working safely within their ability.


Helotes CrossFit offers personal training, either one-on-one or in small groups of up to three athletes at a time. For athletes with more specific fitness goals, booking private coaching sessions ensures they will have a coach’s undivided attention and maximize their results.


As part of the foundation of CrossFit, and fitness in general, Helotes CrossFit puts a huge emphasis on a balanced diet. As part of our program, we have a nutrition coach on staff to offer a variety of personal nutrition coaching options, as well as continuous 6-week group personal training.
