Hey there, my name is Jarod Rodriguez. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My hobbies include playing Pokémon Go while hiking with my dog Cody, anything fitness related, and spending long nights in lab watching my girlfriend conduct experiments at Texas A&M.
After my own struggles being 260lbs overweight at the age of 20, I decided to make a drastic change and seek out a healthier lifestyle. In a little over a year experimenting with various diets and exercise programs I was able to drop 100lbs. This has given me a unique position to put myself in the shoes of both sedentary and athletic individuals ranging from the busy worker, the college student, and the fad diet addict. My journey to being fit led me to become a personal trainer and CrossFit coach. I have 7 years in the field and 4 certifications.
